This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations work at CraftyBlueprints. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
Digital Products (Crochet Patterns and Downloads)
Because digital files are delivered instantly, orders for digital products cannot be canceled once they are placed.
All digital downloads are final and non-refundable.
If you made a mistake with your order or did not receive your files, contact us at help@craftyblueprints.com and we will assist you by resending or correcting your download.
Physical Products (if applicable)
If your order includes physical items such as kits, yarn, or handmade pieces, you may request a cancellation before your order has been shipped.
To request a cancellation:

Include your order number and full name
If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return under our Refund Policy once the item arrives.
Pre-Orders or Special Requests
Orders for custom-made, pre-ordered, or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has started.
Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Information
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, cancellation is not possible. The customer is responsible for ensuring all information is accurate.
